With a B (need for constant accompaniment), H (helplessness) or BL (blindness) in your severely disabled ID, you are entitled to take an accompanying person with you free of charge. It is important that you have a valid ticket, as well as the corresponding identification card with one of the mentioned signs.
Our historic building and the passenger elevator inside it are already many decades old. Due to the difficulty in obtaining replacement parts, the elevator will unfortunately not be available for the upcoming show.
Barrier-free access
We are aware that this poses a particular challenge. Nevertheless, we would like to enable all guests to visit our venue and are working on individual solutions.

Our security staff at the entrance are also available to help you find your way around the venue. There is also a barrier-free toilet in the sanitary area, which is kept clean and supervised by our cleaning staff. You can obtain a key from our staff on site. There is a cordoned-off area in front of the stage for you and a companion. Even if you can provide medical proof that you need to bring a seat with you, there is space for you here. However, people in wheelchairs always have priority for a seat when capacity is limited.
